*RARE* ORIGINAL 1929 LIONEL Electric Trains CATALOG with TRI-FOLD CENTER
This ORIGINAL and SCARCE 1929 LIONEL ELECTRIC TRAINS catalog measures approximately 8.5" high x 11.5" wide and is COMPLETE with all 45 pages.
The overall color is still vivid.  There is NO graffiti writing. The spine and several pages were meticulously reinforced with brown binding tape many years ago by a previous owner.  The covers do not have any paper loss and only a few minor edge tears up to 1/2".  Several pages have ragged edges as you can see from the images.  Page 15-18 have three 2" or so tears at the top but no paper loss.  Pages 15-32 are separated from the spine without each being separated from their adjoining page.  Pages 21-26 is the tri-fold center, with pages 21 and 22 having binding tape on the top and bottom and along the spine and pages 21-22 with a split page seam but held together at the top and bottom with the tape just mentioned.  Page 25 has a 1" tear at the bottom edge.  Page 27 has a 2" tear at the bottom edge.  The catalog on some pages appears to have been exposed to moisture with some rippling or wave but no watermarks.  I think this would indicate moist air.  Some smudges throughout but overall looks good for it's age, even with the tears and binding tape.  I think I've covered most of the condition issues of note but please message if you have any condition issues that are important to you.  Sold AS IS.  Please see all our pictures for further description.
