    Description

    Here's an old solid state Cadre 510 CB transceiver that is still working well on receive, but not tested on transmit due to no microphone.  As you can see from the front pic, the microphone has a very strange 5 pin connector that I've never seen before.   It has 5 crystal transmit channels and is also tunable over the band.
    The only test I was able to do was clip a 12VDC lead to the Jones Plug terminal marked (+), and a neg lead to the chassis.  The receiver came to life using about a 20' piece of wire outside.  Fortunately, the skip was in so there were a fair number of signals.  Unfortunately, I don't have a 6 pin Jones Plug so I can't include a power cord.
    Cosmetically, the radio is quite decent with some minor paint chips, and also specks in the aluminum front panel that may polish off with some carefully applied rubbing compound. One rubber foot is missing.
    Thanks to eBay's/PayPal's current policies regarding returns, we will no longer sell most items as working, but rather "officially" as parts, not working. Also thanks to the same policies, we will no longer ship directly to any country other than the US. Any overseas buyers must buy thru a US buying agent or the ebay shipping program (GSP) where we ship only to a US address.
    Everything is sold AS-IS; NO WARRANTIES offered on anything.  The purchaser upon receipt might not agree as to our assessment of condition, but that's what it was HERE and it's being sold officially for parts or not working.  NO RETURNS!
