Great size for hunters
21mm size.  Edible collagen casings for narrow snack sausages like snack sticks, slim jims, pepperoni sticks etc.  Each pack has FIVE strands that hold approx 5 lbs of meat each.  Approx 48' of filled product each strand.  Smoked clear color.  Just slip the casing strand over your slim stuffing tube.  Requires the narrow 101/2 mm stuffing tube for these 21 mm casings.
These casings are fully edible and
easy to use
.  Fill with your seasoned meat and place in your smoker, oven or preferred method of cooking.  Our collagen casings require no preparation prior to use.  Just load and fill.  If this is the first time that you have used collagen casings you will see the difference in the ease of use.  They are also used for fresh sausages (like breakfast links) or any smoked link.  Store unused casings for up to 2 years.
Requires the 1/2 (12mm) diameter stuffer tube.  Available in our store for manual sausage stuffers.
