Nice used “Sams” Photofact Folder for Columbia Records Models 512, 540, set 373, from October 1957.
The “folder “is one page; front & back.
No rips, tears, discoloration etc.
Page does look used but with no creases, folds, marks, or notations.
Size is the standard 8 ½” x 11” page and comes in a page protector.
