Royal Sovereign RBC-3100 Bill Counter w UV MG Counterfeit Detector Runs Bills

Description

For sale is a Royal Sovereign RBC-3100 Bill Counter. When powered up, the digital display works and it runs bills through the counter when you push the restart button, but I don't know whether it works properly, and I can't test it, so I am selling it for parts. I purchased it as part of an estate and so don't know the history of the machine. The unit weighs 10.5 pounds.

However, eBay’s Global Shipping program does not permit combined shipping for international buyers. Also, I am not ever able to provide international returns.
As of 2019, many states have begun to require that eBay sellers charge sales tax on purchases made from residents of their state. If your state requires sales tax payment, that tax payment will show up on your invoice for final payment. I am sorry about this added cost, but it is a requirement of your state, and not a cent goes to me. Payment for purchases are expected within 3 days of auction end.
