Report of the Jamaica Bay Improvement Commission. Appointed pursuant to a resolution of the board of estimate and appointment, dated March 2, 1906, for the purpose of reporting upon the general improvement and development of Jamaica Bay in the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens, and also upon the condition of the water front of the City of New York other than that of Manhattan Island.
