    Description

    This book measures 9 3/4 inches by 6 inches with 211 pages.  Antique appearing binding is excellent.  Prices were as high at 9 in April 2013, then ranged from 6 to 8 in October 2017 and April 2019 2 & 1.
    ( A non hard bound copy is now available in the UK for 4 + shipping and is the only copy found on the Internet for sale.  Foxing and pages are browned.  It is complete.)
    My copy has a nice binding, contents are clean and nice. The 5 fragile maps are not damaged at the folds. The modern bound volume has a pocket to insert the maps. That is a big plus if you use this book.  Originally the folded maps were bound within the text.
