Pristine First Release Pleasant Co #1 Josefina American Girl 1997 Doll Adult

Pristine condition FIRST RELEASE Josefina is stamped "Pleasant Company 1" on the back of her neck.  She was owned by an adult collector who told me she was never played with, or even undressed.  I started to take her clothing off, and the shoelaces (which WERE perfect) started to shred.  So then I decided I'd better leave her in her perfect state!  She can easily hold a pose, eyes function normally, and her body is spotless with no odors. Josefina has squeezable vinyl, long soft eyelashes, no body tag.  Her silky shiny hair is still in original braid.  She is wearing her meet outfit - skirt, camisa top, and rebozo shawl are all tagged Pleasant Company 1997.  Both booties have Pleasant Company stickers on the bottom (and one has the shredding lace).   She also has her bloomers (waist has lost some of its elasticity), belt which has obviously never been untied, garnet necklace, belt bag and handkerchief both with PC sticker, coin, and original hair flowers.  I'm including the "Meet Josefina" book which has never been read, but did not originally come with this doll.
