For your consideration is a Pleasant Company American Girl Doll Josefina - as seen in pictures. Doll is about 16 inches long and about 8 & 1/2 inches from hand to hand.
I am not a vintage doll dealer or a non-vintage doll dealer. I do not know the elements of value for a doll. The doll does not appear to have any noticeable scratches or blemishes. I do not know if the previous owner cut the doll's hair. The eyelids still work, as seen in pictures, they are open when standing up and closed when laying down. However, when I grab the doll by the torso and give it a bit of a shake - I can tell the right leg is looser than the left leg. If I had to guess, and this is entirely a guess, the elastic in the right leg is looser or thinner than the elastic in the left leg. The right leg is not limp or sensitive enough that it constantly jiggles - but it is looser. Branded with Pleasant Company name on the back of the neck as seen in the tenth picture. Hair seems to be in excellent condition as seen in the eleventh picture; the hair is tied up in to a knot and is held together by a needle-like instrument; I have not removed the needle-like instrument.
