Up for your consideration is this is this authentic pleasant Company American Girl set of Josefina's Meet Belt Pouch and Hankie. The purse is made of real leather, and the hankie is delicately edged (both shown next to the second version, not included). Mint condition. No box. Aside from being well made and very appealing, the collectibility of this item is probably most related to the fact that in 1998 Pleasant Company was sold to Mattel, Inc. Like anything that is no longer made or available, the items produced by Pleasant Company rather than Mattel are very sought after by serious collectors, and therefore tend to be a great investment.
