Returns/Refunds
If for any reason you have to return any item won in this auction, you pay shipping charges to us and we pay shipping charges back to you. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances. We will try to replace the item with an identical one. If not found we will then substitute it with a item of equal or greater value at our discretion should a problem arise. In the event a substitute cannot be found, we will issue a refund of the purchase price. "No DOA" refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee for items which test ok at our facilities. Warranty claims must be stated within 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or 60 days of receipt at delivery location, depending on if auction states 7, 14, 30 or 60 day warranty - no exceptions.
