Here is
matching pair
of,
5 inch tall,
fully jointed, antique bisque sockethead dolls that will make nice additions to an antique doll collection, doll room or dollhouse as they wear all their original matching,
French
provincial costumes. They are
each
incised
(very faintly) on the back of their heads:
Paris France
and mold number
301
along with the manufacturer's name:
SFBJ
.
Each doll has lovely painted features including closed mouth, pretty blue eyes, rosy cheeks and light brown eyebrows. Boy has his original tiny blond wig and girl needs a small wig under her beautiful woven straw bonnet. They each have their original jointed, French composition bodies with joints at their shoulders and hips with low-heeled, painted brown boots. They are in excellent condition with no damages or repairs and have no fading or stains and no odors as they are from a smoke free home. (some paint worn on girl's arms)
