    The map extends from Yucatan to Guadalaraja, with Mexico and Acapulco.
    Gilles ROBERT DE VAUGONDY, also known as Robert de Vaugondy or Sr Robert (1688-1766), and his son, Didier, was French geographes and cartographes. Robert de Vaugondy, grandson of Nicolas Sanson, famous geographe of the 17th Century, became geographe of the King Louis XV.
