    Description

    Lionel 78 RPM Sound Effects Picture Record with sleeve.  This record was issued by Lionel in 1951 as a promotional item.  One side of the record has a picture of a diesel locomotive and has diesel sounds.  The other side of the record has a picture of a steam locomotive and has steam sounds.  The record is about 5 1/2-inches in diameter.  It was made using two plastic disks with a colored picture glued between them.  The picture quality on both sides of the record is excellent.  The record is slightly warped from age and will probably not play.  The paper sleeve is complete and is in very good condition.  It has some small tears at the paper tabs.
