JSA Al27 ”Colossus” Aluminum Hybrid, Guitar Slide (US Ring Size - 11)

Description

This lightweight (2.3oz.), 60mm (2.36in.) guitar slide features a thick, aluminum shell over a polymer sleeve. The aluminum shell offers a softer tone, as compared to brass, and the polymer sleeve adds mass and controls overtones, while decreasing the inside diameter to US ring size 11
The Al27 is a generous mix of comfort, sustain, and maneuverability. It has a larger outside diameter that than most slides, but feels highly intuitive when playing. Whether it slides down the fretboard of an electric or acoustic guitar, steel or nylon strings, this slide will offer years of smooth, gritty tone.
The Al27 white model has a larger inside diameter (0.810" / ring size -11) than the Al26 gray model; therefore it is better suited for second and third finger applications. See the Al26 gray model for fourth/little finger applications; it fits tighter, thus allowing you to fret with your first, second, and third fingers.
