. If a piece of hardware (not software) is power on defective that is not described, please message us and we will do our best to troubleshoot or fix the issue.
No warranty on licensing/software.
Shipping Terms:
Shipments are generally shipped within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated. The
preferred
and most commonly used shipper is Canada Post and USPS
(shipments to USA). We do ship via fedex if preferred (customer request only), however we do require that the customer supply us with their account number to be shipped on their account.

All international shipments are subject to customs and duties/tariffs. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of these costs. All customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.
