Fibrous Sausage Casing 2.5 x 20 Inch Mahogany Unprinted
These casings are non-edible fibrous casings that are used for summer sausages. The casings are made from high quality materials and are mahogany in color. The bags are string tied on one end and are ready to be filled. These casings are pre-stuck (pin pricked) to allow for better smoking and eliminates air pockets.
Capacity is 3lbs of meat per casing. The length is 20 inches and the diameter is 2.5 inches.
Fibrous casings must be pre-soaked in 80-100 degree water for 30 minutes before use.
Comes with 25 fibrous casings. Also available in packs of 50 and 100.
