This is the usual Fast Cure or Quick cure for sausage. It contains enough sodium nitrite to cure 100 pounds of sausage. You can mix in with your seasoning or " I recommend" that you would add to water and then add to ground meat for an even mix of cure throughout the mix. This is a concentrated product and has very little flavor. Ham and bacon cure is this product plus salt and sugar.
