Cure for sausage ; pink fast cure for 100 pounds of meat, 4 ounces

This is the usual Fast Cure or Quick cure for sausage. It contains enough sodium nitrite to cure 100 pounds of sausage. You can mix in with your seasoning or " I recommend" that you would add to water and then add to ground meat for an even mix of cure throughout the mix. This is a concentrated product and has very little flavor. Ham and bacon cure is this product plus salt and sugar. It is only for curing and not for flavoring.
