RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Collagen casings work with different types of "filling machines and tubes" which have to be in optimal conditions of use to obtain the desired result.
The operator's hands and tubes must be dry preferably.
The cooking temperature should not be above 78 ° C.
When opening a box and not using it completely, it is recommended to put the rest in sealed containers to prevent drying of the Casing.
