    This is a heavy laminated card that was sold at truckstops to be clipped to your truck visor so you could look up CB codes and meanings of phrases.  Includes Citizens Band Ten Code Chart.  There are over 250 terms to read and remember from back in the day when trucking and CB radios were almost mythical!  I totally remember Smoky and the Bandit movies and how they glamorized the trucker.
