The Pro Series leg pads feature durable synthetic leather and nylon materials to help them stand up to a wide array of high-friction surfaces, such as asphalt and concrete. This also keeps the pads light, helping you play longer on those debilitatingly hot days. The pads utilize a plastic guard on the bottom part of the boot to provide further security from the added wear sustained from street play. Like many of higher-level ice/inline pads, the Pro Series uses a flat-faced design for predictable rebounds from the lighter pucks and balls you'll be using in the street.
The back of the pad is made primarily of nylon. The leg channel is recessed slightly into the pad offering a secure fit. This works with the two nylon-and-buckle straps and single Velcro strap to give goalies the fit the want when robbing their neighborhood friends of goals. The Pro Series even has knee stacks, allowing you to dominate the pipes with painless butterfly saves.
