Antique 13" Smiling Bru French Fashion Pressed Bisque Lady All Original Clothes

Flawless, 13" cabinet size pressed bisque, set cobalt blue eyes and the sweetest smile. A gorgeous doll that shows her sister (almost twin) as the featured doll in advertising an auction from Withington Auctions, some time ago. This doll has been in my cabinet for over 30 years. Fabulous wig that is still factory set with strings and long curls, original cork pate. All leather body that shows an old sewing reinforcement at her right wrist. Left wrist slit needs reinforcement as it is almost off the body, yet stays in place without handling it. Magnificent original couture fashion costume that has never been off the doll and includes a wonderful hat. There is some light silk fabric melting on the side crease of the bustle but is certainly not distracting. Also included is a faux pearl necklace, 1 earring, watch folb on a long chain that has an enamel flower decoration on back. Item ID R-270
