In this auction we offer:
I offer you an American aviation lamp designed to illuminate the boards in the cockpit of airplanes.
The lamp is made in such a way that the inner bulb shines sideways through a special Teflon light diffusing filter.
This allows the use of a plexiglass plate for the instrument panel, which simultaneously illuminates all the instruments and important inscriptions at the same time.
The plexiglass plate acts as a large optical fiber. Thanks to this, with the help of several bulbs (2-4) we obtain even and complete illumination of the board.
At the same time, the light does not shine directly into the pilot's eyes.
Illumination lamps can be placed on the sides of the instrument panel or in less exposed places.
Thanks to this, we save space in the central part of the board.
Mounting the lamp in a hole with a diameter of 15.5 mm
Outer diameter of the lid 17 mm
Lid height 22 mm
The lamp uses a classic 24V bulb, but you can also insert a 12V bulb (such as a low-power car)
