9" Antique SFBJ 60 Paris 13/C Persian Doll French Bisque Straw Body, Wood Feet

Very rare One of A Kind Antique 9" French Bisque Female Doll.
Marked  SFBJ 60 Paris 13/C on the back of the neck.
Persian/Gypsy/Middle Eastern/Arabian style dress and embellishments.  What are your thoughts?
The doll has a Straw stuffed Body which is thinning.  Wood Feet and hands.  One hand is missing, the other has some damage. Seems to be real human hair on her head.  The feet has some chipping in the wood.  The fabric is fairly brittle.
She has several beaded embellishments.
I know nothing about dolls.  I purchased this at an estate sale about 10 years ago in Cayucos California from William "Bill" Lovelady who had passed away.  He was an eclectic collector of antiques from all over the world.
The doll has been sitting on a display shelf for years. I have never researched or took her out of the case until recently.  Please view the pictures, ask questions and determine the quality/condition for yourself.  Again, I do not know anything about dolls, how they are graded or priced.  If you have information or knowledge that you feel inclined to share it would be very much appreciated as I am interested in learning about it's history!
