3 LIONEL Trains Early Post-war Booklets from 1945 & 1946

This no-reserve auction is for a lot of 3 different LIONEL early Post-war Booklets published in1945 and 1946.
Included are the following booklets:
Candid Camera Shots of Lionel Trains in Action (1945)
Plans and Blue Prints for Lionel Model Railroaders (1945)
Scenic Effects for Model Railroads, Lionel Trains (1946)
Attached are scans of the front cover, centerfold and back cover of each book.
Please enlarge and look at these scans before bidding to better determine the condition of the books before bidding.
The first book has 16 pages plus the covers and measures 5 7/8” x 8¾”.
This book features many black-and-white photos with red background on the captions featuring pre-war Lionel trains in action.
But note that the Lionel engine on the front cover is pulling an American Flyer O gauge gondola car!
On the back cover there is a teaser hinting that Lionel will be coming out with “sensational train realism” in 1946.
The second book has 16 pages plus the covers and measures 5 7/8” x 8 13/16”.
The interior pages contain artist drawings and photos in black and white many with blue backgrounds plus some layout drawings in the form of blueprints.
The outside and the inside of the back cover both mention the “sensational improvements” coming from Lionel in 1946.
The third book has 22 pages plus the covers and measures 6” x 9”.
The interior pages are printed in red and black ink.
