    Description

    26" Antique mystery French Doll.  This head may have been made in Sonnenberg for the French market.  Back of perfect bisque head incised 168 and 16 in the neck socket.
    Huge brown paperweight eyes are in their original plaster set.
    Closed mouth with white space between lips.
    Original pate and lovely original mohair wig.
    No cracks, chips or hairlines.
    The wood and composition ball jointed body has repair and touch up on bottom and side of right hand and left foot.
    Antique underwear, ha and shoes.  Beautiful dress is newly made from antique materials.
    This is a big beautiful, showy doll.
