This is the most popular size of all.
Base diameter is 2 1/16"
which fits most standard size standard stuffers on the market.

The exit diameter is 3/4" (20mm) which is commonly used for pork or collagen casings.  Works for brats, smoked links, kielbasa and more.

Upgrade from plastic.  This is a very heavy duty stuffing tube.  Made to last for many years like your sausage stuffer.  Fits
many brands of manual stuffers that are 5 Liter and larger.  Hakka, LEM, Cabelas, Smokehouse Chef, MTN and many others.  Please measure one of your existing tubes at the base to determine if you need this standard 2 1/16" size.

The sausage casings
Quality Hog casings that are preserved with salt.  Just rinse and hydrate for 20 minutes before use.  Each package is enough casing for approx 25 lbs of meat.  Approx 180 links .  Link diameter is approx 1 1/4" - 1 1/2".  Each order is for 1 package.  For best results use the 3/4" or smaller stuffing tube.  Stuffing tubes are available in our store to fit virtually any manual or electric meat grinder or manual stuffer.
Hog casing is simply better for making your own sausage.  Simply soak the casings in warm water for 20 minutes until soft and plyable.  Run warm water through the casings before use.  Then slide casings over stuffing tube (stainless steel is best).  Fill with your own seasoned recipe.  Store unused casings in resealable bag in refrigerator.
Casings are shipped to you in air tight sealed packaging.  Upon receiving your casings, store them in your refrigerator where they will last for up to 2 years.  This size casing is best for traditional smoked links, Italian links, Polish links, Bratwurst, Kielbasa, Smoked Links, Chorizo etc.
