New Railing for 11 Steps. Had to replace a metal railing on house I just purchased. How to do it fora lasting project? Slam pressure treated lumber onto thee concrete steps with the Tapco Concrete Screws. I have used these porducts in a smaller scale project, but these are incredibly strong, and I was able to build a railing system that would rival professional installs anywhere. The strength is unreal. Highly recommended to anyone who doesn't want to pour concrete and get great results from existing conditions.
